These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy and any order form or payment instructions, form the complete agreement between you and us in relation to each order that we accept from you. All purchases from our website are governed by these terms to the exclusion of any others. By browsing the site or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Your Account
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information you supply. Failure to supply accurate, up-to-date personal information that results in a delay or non-delivery of your order is your responsibility. You are also responsible for keeping your account password secure and confidential. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts and cancel pending orders at our discretion.

Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgment of your offer. Your offer is only accepted by us when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject any offer at our discretion prior to acceptance. Goods may only be sold to persons aged 18 or over.

Payment
For orders placed using common payment methods, we charge once the order is placed. Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be refunded in full. Failure to collect funds may result in delayed order acceptance or cancellation. Your payment method will be debited in GBP, and sums displayed in other currencies are for information only.

Delivery
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by matters outside our control. Any claim regarding a defect in the goods must be notified to us within ten days of delivery. The cost of delivery will be displayed at checkout. The risk of damage or loss passes to you at the point of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery if required.

Availability, Pricing, and Non-Delivery
All prices listed are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure displayed prices and stock levels are correct, but errors can occur. In the event of mispricing, we reserve the right to contact you for instructions or cancel the order. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, you must notify us within a specified period.

Your Right to Cancel
Under relevant consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after you, or a third party you indicate, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use a model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

Return of Goods and Liability for Diminished Value
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from informing us of your cancellation. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning. All returned goods must be “as new” with all original packaging and tags attached.

General Returns Policy
You may also return your order, or part of it, for a refund for any reason for up to 28 days from the day of dispatch, provided the items are unused and returned “as new” in their original condition with all packaging and tags. Other Provisions
We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions in any information on our website without liability. Any advice or recommendation given by us is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk.
